Three friends from three very different “economic realities” started RM. Our goal was to help each other get through this recession by sharing our stories and lots of laughs along the way.

Now we’re down to one. Me.

Katy and Heather will be contributing when they have a chance (and we cannot get enough of them!), but they have each embarked on what so many hardworking Americans have in the past year or so: long hours at a new and exciting job (Katy) and hitting the books again to recreate destiny (Heather).

I, however, am still freelancing as a radio news anchor at WBAP in Dallas/Fort Worth and running around after these 2 tiny boys of mine.

In my “spare time”, I write. I write about what it’s like to go from not worrying at all about money, to seeing a red bank balance. I still don’t worry about money. Never have. It’ll come and it’ll be plenty. So many other things matter and getting back to those basics has, for me, been the most incredible part of this journey.
